At Lolë, we want you to feel confident in your activewear and lifestyle pieces. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unworn items with original tags within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip. Ensure all original hangtags and labels are still attached.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. You will receive a notification and your refund once our warehouse team has inspected the returned goods.
